Orders
All orders are subject to availability. If something sells out (because you guys are awesome), we’ll notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund if needed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but mistakes happen. If there’s a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before processing.

Shipping
We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package leaves our hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly first — then reach out to us if you still need help.

Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are small accessories and limited runs, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If something arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

We do not accept returns due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or “my dog chewed it” situations (we love them, but we can’t replace their chaos).

Product Use
Our products are designed for personal use only. Please supervise children and pets when using accessories, charms, or small items. We are not liable for injury or misuse.

All designs, artwork, product names, and content on this site belong to us. Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell without written permission.
