Exchange-Only Return Policy
Crazy Woman Designs takes great pride in creating high‑quality, handmade dog bandanas for your fur babies. While we do not accept returns or refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges when possible. Please review the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges for items that are:
- Unused and undamaged
- Free of dirt, debris, and pet hair
- Free of strong odors (perfume, sprays, cigarette smoke, etc.)
- Returned in their original packaging when available
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include photos of both the item and its packaging.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We cannot accept exchange requests submitted after this period.
How to Start an Exchange
To begin the exchange process, contact our customer support team using the information provided at checkout or on our website. We will give you instructions and authorization before you send anything back.
Sending Items Back
Once your exchange is approved:
- Ensure the item is clean, unworn, and in sellable condition.
- Do not combine returns from multiple orders; each order must be packaged and labeled separately.
- Include any original packaging you still have.
- Double‑check that you are returning the correct items. Non–Crazy Woman Designs products sent to us will be discarded and cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges for items that show signs of use, damage, or odors.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending items back for exchange. These costs are non‑refundable. If your item was defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a prepaid return label.
